Commercial Townhomes WP Colorado

This design is for a future landscape installation for a townhome development near Winter Park. Current challenges are to work with the local municipalities for a variance on the amount of plant material needed versus the plant material required for new buildings. Main challenge for plant materials are snow load, lack of sun exposure in plantable areas and difficult access to plant or maintain plantings around the townhomes.
