Tiered Patio Landscape

Objective: Create and expand usable space before natural slope of backyard drops into native vegetation. Desires - hot tub, patio, firepit and sauna space.
Challenges: HOA requirements for screening hot tub and sauna within their smaller and fairly open backyard space. Sloped backyard and tight easements.
Resolve: Tiered patio construction to make use of flatter ground nearest the home for entertainment on the first tier. Second tier to allow for safe distance away from residence for hot tub and fire pit placement. Trees and shrubs for screening the hot tub and fire pit from neighboring residences and roads. Additional planting at entry road for privacy screening and cobble drainage along North run of roof line.
