Landscape Design Upper Breckenridge

Objective: Create an overall landscape design for new build that includes some colorful flowers at entry way, screening from the main road and neighbors and landscape lighting for entry.
Challenge: Drainage patterns needed to be established based on the site conditions.
Resolution: General cobble drainage under roof lines and deck were addressed with native stone work. Additional drainage swale was created after topographic laser measurements were known and after patterns of rain flow revealed natural swale. We were able to tie in swale work into snow storage area and run off into subdivision established drainage along road.
