Landscape Entry Improvement

Objective: Create a small planting space for added color and interest at entryway of private residence.
Challenges: No irrigation available, drainage concerns from snow load and hose bib access.
Resolution: We used native, hardy perennials and small shrubs to create a color and an inviting entry. To allow for better drainage along the drive edge, re-placed existing boulders further from the drive edge and added small rock for water run off. To access the hose bib, small flagstone stepping stones where placed for the owner to walk along to hand water front entry.
