Backyard Entertainment Patio Enhanced Space

Objective: Expand useable backyard space, add entry way beautification, increase privacy screening, improve drainage, improve grassy areas and general cleanup and removal of existing landscape.
Challenges: Slightly sloped backyard, several HOA constraints and permitting needed, significant screening needed from larger neighboring residences on all sides.
Resolutions: Created unified patio space between kitchen and dining spaces from the home that also allowed for access to hot tub. The patio space was created with granite boulder supports for a level fire pit area. We improved the existing drainage and created additional sustainable drainage for the property as well. Consistent communication with local governing municipalities along with several revisions and completed requests allowed for the majority of the clients to be met within all guidelines.
