Objective: Create an outdoor entertaining space with grilling station and fire pit area.
Challenge: Staying within easements and HOA requirements for the additional patio space. Machine access to site.
Resolution: Mapping out easement lines from river and flood plan with HOA and creating detailed documents for HOA approval. Working with neighboring residences with additional approvals for machine access to site. This required continual interaction with the HOA, subdivision management and neighboring resident. By creating several detail documents and site visits with the various parties, we were able to establish a great working relationship that resulted in a new beautiful landscape for the client and additional green screening for the neighbor.
